How to report content that infringes your rights and how to respond to a notice.

1. Our commitment

We do not allow content that infringes intellectual property rights. We respond to valid notices following a procedure modelled on the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws.

2. How to send a notice

Send your notice to [email protected] including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The exact link or links to the infringing content on our service (for example, the /v/… or /embed/… URL).
  • Your name, postal address, phone number and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

3. What we do

If the notice is valid, we will promptly remove or disable access to the content and notify the user who uploaded it, sending them a copy of the notice without unnecessary personal data.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to [email protected] with: identification of the removed content and where it appeared; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; your consent to the competent jurisdiction; and your signature. If the complainant does not take legal action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the content.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe rights. Their pending earnings may be withheld.

6. False notices

Submitting false or bad-faith notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability.
